• PLC master table experiments: CJ1M-CPU21.
• PLC slave test table: CPM1A.
• Talk ZEN experiments.
• Discuss test signal input / output distribution: GT.
• Discuss test frequency: 3G3MV.
• Discuss the experiment from the start.
• Discuss experimental touch screen monitor.
Network system is divided into two main levels:
+ Level control and monitoring by computer including 06 sets of computer ethernet connection to each other. The machines installed software for motion control and monitoring. At each machine can control and direct supervision at each table experiments.
+ School Supply bus (DeviceNet): used to collect data and control devices on each table experiments. DeviceNet is a distributed network that features open, that is likely to expand or add more devices compatible with various devices.
The data information is transferred between two high-level network through a master PLC (CJ1M) to the station equipment.
