To check the volume of the rectifier and variable frequency inverters do as follows:
- Shut off the power inverter and the engine, disconnect the brake resistor (P / +2, RB)
- Use the meter resistance measurement mode (usually in the scale 1Ω)
- Status of the inverter can be tested by measuring the R/L1, S/L2, T/L3, U/T1, V/T2, W/T3, RB, P / +2, N / -
Note:
- Before the inspection, measuring voltage DC bus between the legs of P / +2 and N / - to ensure the filter capacitor has discharged.
- Block BRD filter in the inverter power 22KW and smaller.
